Orchard Park Community Council were the successful recipients of £4100 of County Council Digital Hub funding from Connecting Cambridgeshire. They are investing in recycled tech kit, which is great for the planet and will enable them to maximise the benefit the community can derive from the grant funding by maximising the number of devices they can buy with the money.

The tech will be available to residents through the community council, so if you need to access online services and don’t have access to appropriate devices please do get in touch with the community council who have free wifi in their community rooms.

The community clerk commented that it was one of the most straightforward grants they had applied for.
